We started our operation in January of 2010 and as the owner of The Roasting Man we saw the need for back yard spit and barbecue in our area. When WE cater your party, YOU enjoy your party. Luc and his staff are extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They were able to come up with a tasty menu to meet the needs of everyone attending our event, from vegan, to meat lovers. The quality of the food was fantastic, and there was enough for everyone to have seconds. Our lunch was served hot, on schedule, and also with a high level of professionalism and friendliness.
