Roasting: The pig roast machines we use for our catered events are made of stainless steel and are on 4 wheels. This allows for versatility on site locations and is eye catching when on display. A glass viewing panel allows guests a full view of the roasting process. The view, matched with the mouth watering aromas of the cooking meat always brings in the crowds and entices the appetite!
Side Dishes: You can choose from a number of salads, fresh and tasty veggie platters, cheese trays, fruit platters, sandwich or wrap platters. All of these are prepared fresh moments before your event to ensure the best possible quality and most importantly a huge tummy-filled smile on all of your guests.
